Using Adobe audition I had to make a podcast based of the storyboard below.

My final drama 

I had to use websites such as free sound to acquire the appropriate sound effects to fit perfectly with the storyboard. We also were provided with voiced audio clips of a man and woman quoting the dialogue from the story board from moodle.

I used additional sounds such a a creak of someone sat on a wooden chair while the man is still on the computer to give off the feeling of reality.

I also had to place each sound affect at exactly the right point so that there wasn’t either a mix up of multiple sounds or an unnecessarily large gap between sounds. I then needed to adjust the volume of each sound to make certain sounds such as the people’s voices so that they could be heard over the chair creaking and the other sounds.

Horror genre

Horror podcast 

After that I had to make another podcast using the same story board just converted into another genre for example I chose to  do horror which followed the same story just with the theme of a zombie apocalypse.

I used all the old sound effects of the tapping of someone using a computer keyboard and the sound of the chair creaking as one of the people gets up of course I also used the man and woman’s dialogue sequence. However I also added new sounds for example the the sounds of zombies gurgling. With the story being the people are locked in a room while zombies try to break in with the woman asking the man what time is it? because the obviously have been locked in there for a long time.
